Amazing service! Amazing food! Breakfast and dinner were fabulous. Werner went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. One of the things I wanted to try in the area were oysters. They were amazing at his restaurant, along with Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Champagne. That was a real discovery! We had no transportation, so Werner drove us as close to the St Michel Abbey as was possible. He took time to rebook our train back to Paris as my wife was interested more in shopping then sightseeing. We managed to see the abbey in one day: in the morning daylight and at night with the back lighting. Must see. Overall was a great stay, and thank you, Werner, for that.

The main thing of the hotel and the whole Normandy is the manager Kiki🩵 Everything was great - check-in, big comfortable for family room, dinner, breakfast, she even found a barber shop for our son! Wonderful wine list! oysters, lobsters, tartare! Kiki listened to all our wishes and immediately fulfilled them! Kiki is so friendly that we decided to stay one day longer)) This is more than just good service! We felt like at home, even better) We will be happy to come back! thank you very much for the amazing time! Дякую! Merci beaucoup!

Ermitage is a lovely hotel. The staff are warm and welcoming. The location is perfect and very close to Mont Saint Michel. The rooms are very large and the bathroom is very large and nice. The bed was perfect and I slept like I was at home. The dinner was incredible. The food was delicious and the attention to detail was unmatched. The breakfast was also perfect with amazing pastries, eggs, bread, fruit, charcuterie, cheese and yogurt. I am so impressed with the team and the hotel and can't wait ti return!

It is definitely on the pricey side but we enjoyed the extra space and comfort. A two minute walk across the road saw us on the pathway leading to the abbey and a view. If you don’t mind walking it is a better and cheaper option than driving to the car park and only around 10 or 15 minutes longer.

from the moment you walk through the front door you are transported into elegance! The owner personally greets you, checks you in, and takes you to your room. He even gave us his cell phone number in case we needed anything during our stay. The breakfast and the dinner were out of this world good! Our server for breakfast was the nicest man! Our stay was quiet, relaxing, and mature. We would go back again and again to stay here!!!
